For builders who sell an API or MCP server over x402 and currently settle through Coinbase CDP — or through nobody. Script Master Labs operates two x402 facilitators of its own, OMNIGATE (Base and Arc) and 402Proof (XRP Ledger, Xahau, Solana). Settle through either one and two things happen in the same transaction flow: your money lands in your own wallet, and your resource is listed automatically in that facilitator's own discovery index — because a facilitator's index is its settlement record, and there is no other way in. Pricing at a glance
OMNIGATE settles USDC on Base (eip155:8453) and Arc (eip155:5042). The OMNIGATE facilitator fee is 0.005 USDC per settlement, flat, charged from the first settlement. There is no free settlement allowance on any rail in this offer.
402Proof settles the XRP Ledger, Xahau and Solana through its x402 v2 sidecar. On Solana the facilitator fee is 0.005 USDC per settlement, flat, collected inside the same signed transaction as a separate transfer to the facilitator fee recipient; the merchant amount is never reduced by the fee. On Xahau the facilitator fee is 0.01 XAH per third-party settlement, flat; the merchant amount is never reduced by the fee.
On the XRPL standard x402 v2 rail, the merchant fee is $0.0100 USD per settlement. It accrues on the merchant side; it is not collected automatically (the facilitator's own pricing publishes automaticCollectionLive: false) and it is never deducted from your buyer's payment. The accrued fee carries a loyalty schedule: 20% off ($0.0080) after 100 prior successful settlements, 30% off ($0.0070) after 1,000, 50% off ($0.0050) after 10,000.
On the XRPL invoice rail, the facilitator fee is 0.01 in the invoice's own asset (RLUSD or USDC) per verified settlement, from the first settlement. There is no free allowance on the invoice rail either.
No facilitator in this offer ever takes custody of your funds. Settlement pays your own payTo wallet directly. Listing is automatic and carries no separate charge: a resource whose payment settles through OMNIGATE or 402Proof appears in that facilitator's own /discovery/resources index.

Why settling is the listing
There is no submission form for an x402 discovery index — Script Master Labs proved that in its October 14, 2026 survey, How do I get my paid API listed in the x402 Bazaar? A facilitator catalogs a resource when a payment for it settles through that facilitator carrying the discovery declaration. On November 2, 2026, both SML facilitators began publishing their own indexes, so the rule now runs on shelves SML operates: We went from asking to be listed to running the index. Settle through OMNIGATE and you are in OMNIGATE's index. Settle through 402Proof and you are in 402Proof's. The index is not a marketing page; it is the settlement record, readable by any crawler or agent at:

How to start
Base or Arc — OMNIGATE (self-serve contract)
OMNIGATE runs the standard x402 v2 exact flow. Your resource server answers its 402 challenge on Base or Arc and sends the payment payload to OMNIGATE's POST /verify and POST /settle at https://mcp-x402.onrender.com. The complete machine-readable contract — supported networks, signers, the fee-leg shape (a second EIP-3009 TransferWithAuthorization for exactly 5000 atomic USDC to the published fee wallet, carried at paymentPayload.fee), and the enforcement rules — is published at mcp-x402.onrender.com/supported, and the x402 manifest is at mcp-x402.onrender.com/.well-known/x402. OMNIGATE refuses a fee-required settlement that lacks a valid fee leg, and a refusal broadcasts nothing. The first resource you settle appears in OMNIGATE's discovery index automatically. XRPL, Xahau or Solana — 402Proof (operator-invited)
402Proof onboarding is operator-invited today, and its terms are published for machines first. Read the sidecar's merchant skill file — four02proof-x402-v2-xrpl.onrender.com/skill.md — and its machine-readable pricing at pricing.json; the skill file links the merchant onboarding guide (the PARTNER_QUICKSTART) and names the partner activation endpoint. A merchant-scoped bearer key is mandatory; do not expose secret keys to payer agents. Resource servers call POST /verify (free, read-only) and POST /settle on the facilitator. To request an invitation, email tim@scriptmasterlabs.com with your resource URL and the rail you sell on. The first resource you settle appears in the sidecar's discovery index automatically.
XRPL and Xahau sellers: request a partner key
The Base and Arc door (OMNIGATE) is open self-serve. The XRPL and Xahau door is partner-keyed: the XRPL fee accrues per settlement instead of being collected inside the settlement, so keys are issued to known sellers.

Honest limits
- Presence is not demand. A listing proves a settlement ran end-to-end once. The commercial metric is unique paying wallets over 30 days, which no index publishes — and Script Master Labs does not manufacture it with self-payments.
- Nobody cross-posts you. Settling through SML lists you in SML's indexes only. If your buyers discover through CDP's Bazaar, that shelf still requires settling through CDP.
- Our indexes are young. 129 + 14 resources against CDP's 107,465. What you are buying on this page is the rail — five networks, a published flat fee, no custody, and a settlement record in an index we operate and probe daily — not a claim of audience.
- Listings can rot. SML held 55 rows in Ultravioleta DAO's index on 2026-10-24 and zero on 2026-11-03, and nobody noticed until the probe did. That is why the daily public probe at /x402-index-health exists; our own two indexes are probed on the same schedule.
- The XRPL standard fee accrues; it is not collected.

Is there a free tier or a free settlement allowance?
No. Every rail in this offer charges from the first settlement; the free allowance was set to zero by the operator on 2026-11-02 and the facilitators publish free_allowance_per_day: 0 in their own machine-readable terms. Two things are free because they move no money: 402Proof’s POST /verify call is free and read-only, and reading either facilitator’s discovery index is free. The fee binds at settlement, never at verification.
Do you hold my money at any point?
Never. Settlement pays your own payTo wallet directly. On Base and Arc the buyer signs two EIP-3009 authorizations — one to your payTo for your price, one for exactly 0.005 USDC to the facilitator fee wallet — and OMNIGATE broadcasts them; it never holds either amount. On Solana the fee rides inside the same signed transaction as a separate SPL transfer to the fee recipient. On Xahau the fee is a second signed payment bound to the first. On the XRPL standard rail the fee is a merchant-side accrual that is not deducted from your buyer’s payment at all.
How do I get listed in your discovery index?
Settle. A paid resource whose payment settles through OMNIGATE appears in OMNIGATE’s /discovery/resources index, and one that settles through 402Proof appears in the 402Proof sidecar’s index — automatically, because the index is the facilitator’s own settlement record. There is no submission form, no listing fee separate from the settlement fee, and no review queue. At the 2026-11-03 probe the OMNIGATE index listed 129 resources and the 402Proof sidecar index listed 14 (13 Script Master Labs services and 1 partner).
If I settle through you, do I also get listed in Coinbase’s Bazaar or PayAI’s index?
No. Every facilitator’s index is independent: a settlement catalogs your resource only in the index of the facilitator that processed it. Settling through Script Master Labs lists you in Script Master Labs’ indexes. At the 2026-11-03 probe, Coinbase CDP’s Bazaar catalogued 107,465 resources and PayAI’s index 15,153 — those shelves are theirs, reached by settling through them. Nobody cross-posts anybody.
