SML does not hand an unrestricted wallet key to the realtime model. Future value-moving execution must pass an external spending policy and accepted-delivery verification boundary.

V1 is live. V1 cannot spend.

V1 deliberately has no signing path and cannot settle funds. SML will not advertise purchase execution, accepted-delivery settlement, ambient Witness, multi-tool paid operation or full spend auditing as production-live until those paths are individually verified.
