Machine-readable terms for agent purchases via the x402 protocol. Effective 2026-09-24. Human-readable, deliberately short.
Metered API access, per endpoint, per call. Each paid call returns the documented output for that endpoint. Current listings: SML API endpoints at 0.01 USDC per call; ProBlocks x402 endpoints at 0.001 USDC per call. Prices are advertised in the endpoint's x402 manifest and are the price at the moment of purchase.
Payments settle on-chain on Base in USDC via the x402 protocol (v2). The endpoint issues an HTTP 402 with the payment requirements; the buyer submits a signed payment; on verified settlement the endpoint fulfills the request. On-chain payments are final on settlement — there is no chargeback mechanism on the x402 rail. If the endpoint fails to fulfill after verified payment, report it and we re-deliver or refund at our discretion.
No resale of raw endpoint output as your own endpoint without a written agreement. No abuse of free/trial tiers to circumvent payment. We may rate-limit or block abusive callers.
Purchases made on Gumroad, Stripe, Shopify, or Etsy are governed by the terms of those platforms in addition to these terms.
Disputes over x402 transactions are handled first by direct contact. Unresolved disputes may be referred to the American Arbitration Association (AAA-ICDR). Governing law: North Carolina, USA.
