ScriptMasterLabs (Script Master Labs LLC) is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business in Kinston, North Carolina that builds x402 pay-per-call APIs, MCP servers and x402 payment facilitators so AI agents can find, check and pay for web services in USDC.
What does ScriptMasterLabs solve? The 2026 evidence report
On 2026-11-07 at 02:09 UTC its free x402 Directory indexed 51,115 payable x402 resources from 7 live facilitator sources, and its canonical Base rail had recorded 12 successful USDC settlements between 2026-10-31 and 2026-11-03.
This report lists every problem ScriptMasterLabs (SML) addresses, the product that addresses it, the exact price, and the evidence. Each SML number was read from a live public endpoint and is linked so you can re-check it. Each market number comes from a named third party. SML's own test payments are labeled SELF-PROOF: they prove a rail works, not that customers bought anything.

2. Price table (unit economics)
Machine prices are paid per call in USDC on Base (eip155:8453) through x402 unless noted. The live HTTP 402 challenge of each endpoint is the binding price; the figures below were read from SML's public pricing pages on 2026-11-07. Failed pay-per-call requests are not charged, per the SML homepage.

3. Try it in one call
Read OMNIGATE's live facilitator terms (free, no key), then point any MCP client at the SML x402 Gateway. The Gateway is read-only: it reports "autonomous_spend": false, so the caller's wallet always decides whether to pay.
# 1) Live facilitator terms: networks, fee, waiver budget, settlement proof
curl -s https://mcp-x402.onrender.com/supported
# 2) MCP client config (streamable HTTP, auth: none)

A paid SML endpoint answers an unpaid request with HTTP 402 and a PAYMENT-REQUIRED header quoting the price. The agent signs a USDC authorization, retries with PAYMENT-SIGNATURE, and receives the result plus a PAYMENT-RESPONSE settlement header. No account and no API key are needed.
4. The 12 problems ScriptMasterLabs solves
Problem 1: AI agents cannot buy API calls without accounts, keys and subscriptions
The gap. Coinbase reported 69,000 active agents, 165 million transactions and about $50 million in cumulative x402 volume by late April 2026 (Cryptonews via Eco). Most web APIs still require a human to sign up, store a key and choose a monthly plan.
What SML ships. Narrow pay-per-call x402 APIs priced from $0.001 USDC (see the price table). The agent pays per accepted result in USDC on Base; there is no account, key or subscription.
Evidence. 11 of 13 SML x402 services reported LIVE manifests listing 203 routes on 2026-11-07 (x402-services.json). The canonical rail recorded 12 successful settlements; the last was on route /api/fx/convert at 2026-11-03 04:31 UTC, tx 0x9d79089a90c4f32f6e852871b718346d51e336363f9a9d88ce3d1ca75a72a20c (Basescan).
Problem 2: x402 sellers need a facilitator on more than one chain
The gap. A seller accepting x402 needs a facilitator to verify and settle each payment. Circle's Arc mainnet opened on 2026-09-16 with chain ID 5042 (Stablecoin Insider), and USDC supply on Arc passed $1 billion on 2026-10-27 (Crypto Briefing). XRPL, Xahau and Solana sellers need their own settlement paths.
What SML ships. Two live x402 v2 exact facilitators:
- OMNIGATE (
https://mcp-x402.onrender.com): USDC on Base and Arc. Self-serve, no account or key. The 0.005 USDC flat fee is optional: standard fee-less payments are waived up to 500 settlements per UTC day across all payTo addresses and 100 per payTo; after that, fee-less payments getfacilitator_fee_requireduntil the next UTC day. The merchant receives its full price. - 402Proof (
https://four02proof.onrender.com): XRPL (xrpl:0), Xahau (xrpl:21337) and Solana USDC. Partner-keyed. Solana fee 0.005 USDC flat; Xahau uses a 0.01 XAH fee leg. SML reports it could find no other Xahau x402 facilitator as of 2026-11-04 (llms.txt).
Evidence. OMNIGATE /supported reports settlement_proven: true from an Arc canary, tx 0xa9a2d63d92834026a3c9cbc13df18e67a16a608810ca30970bcc1e6993adaff2, 2026-11-02 21:23 UTC (SELF-PROOF). 402Proof settled two finalized Solana mainnet canaries on 2026-11-02: slot 464611524 (no fee) and slot 464625034 (with the 5,000-atomic fee leg), and in the same run rejected a fee-less payment at /verify (attestations, SELF-PROOF).
Problem 3: Agents cannot tell which x402 services are real
The gap. CoinDesk reported in March 2026 that real daily x402 commercial volume was about $28,000, with self-dealing and wash trading making up a large share of transactions (Yahoo Finance). Raw transaction counts do not tell an agent whether a listed endpoint works today.
What SML ships. The free x402 Directory, which admits a row only if a facilitator's discovery endpoint reports it, SML's dataset verifies it, or its live 402 challenge passes a probe. Stale rows keep their last-reported date, and sources that stop responding are flagged in public. A machine-readable copy is at /.well-known/x402-services.json.
Evidence (2026-11-07 02:09 UTC).
| Network | Resources listed |
|---|---|
| Base | 48,853 |
| Solana | 17,286 |
| Arc | 1,766 |
| XRPL | 649 |
| Xahau | 31 |
| Total unique resources | 51,115 |
Per-network counts sum to more than the total because one resource can accept several networks. Rows by reporting source: Coinbase CDP 36,364; PayAI 17,747; Dexter 3,056; OMNIGATE 133; SML payment-offers 53; 402Proof sidecar 20. Four sources (Ultravioleta DAO, Solvador, AlgoVoi, NEAR Intents) returned fetch errors at that reading. Refresh cadence: SML sources every 20 minutes, mid-size facilitators every 3 hours, Coinbase CDP every 6 hours.
Problem 4: Agents overspend or pay the wrong payee
The gap. A 2026 Cloud Security Alliance survey found that 65% of enterprises running AI agents had at least one agent-related incident in the prior 12 months, and 35% of those reported direct financial losses (Ramp). VentureBeat Research's June 2026 survey found 27% of enterprises have no way to stop a runaway agent before the bill arrives (Beri).
What SML ships.
- Spend Gate ($0.005): four independent checks vote pay or reject before the wallet signs: provider trust, package vulnerability check (npm, PyPI, crates), price against a policy cap, and the payee's delivery history. Votes combine into a coherence score; a pass needs at least 0.6 plus a pay-side consensus. The gate moves no funds; the agent's wallet still decides. MCP tool
spend_gate_check, RESTPOST /x402/spend-gate. - x402 Quote Inspector (free): decodes a 402 quote locally and flags payee or budget mismatches.
- Provider Trust ($0.001): inspects provider identity and evidence.
Problem 5: Agents act without a reviewable decision record
The gap. Infosecurity Magazine reported on 2026-09-01 that 65% of 202 enterprises surveyed by EMA for Cequence Security had seen AI agents act outside their intended scope (DSG).
What SML ships. Verdict Protocol: five Jev jurors vote on a frozen decision capsule; the receipt is sealed whether they approve or refuse ($0.25 per decision, $0.01 per seal; /decide needs the caller's own Jev key). Also ClaimGate ($0.25), Agent Proof Network ($0.006–$0.009) and Agent Verify ($0.05). Jev is a decision model from TypeSafe AI; SML states this is not an endorsement or certification.
Problem 6: Web pages are expensive and noisy for LLMs to read
The gap. Bots made up 53% of web traffic in 2025, up from 51% in 2024, per the 2026 Imperva (Thales) Bad Bot Report (Imperva). Agents need clean text, not HTML, and most extraction services sell monthly plans or credit bundles.
What SML ships. URL-to-Markdown at $0.001 per accepted read, Web Extract at $0.005, Web Research at $0.001–$0.003, and Agent Browser from $0.005.
Honest comparison. Firecrawl's Standard plan is $83 per month for 100,000 credits at 1 credit per standard page (Firecrawl), which is $0.00083 per page if every credit is used. Tavily's pay-as-you-go credit is $0.008 (xpay). Jina Reader bills about $0.05 per million output tokens (DevToolLab). SML's per-read price wins for low, bursty or unpredictable volume because there is no monthly fee; a team using all 100,000 Firecrawl credits every month pays less per page on Firecrawl.
Problem 7: Businesses lose clicks to AI answers and cannot see why
The gap. Google said at I/O 2026 that AI Overviews passed 2.5 billion monthly users (Dataconomy). Ahrefs measured a 58% lower click-through rate for the position-one result when an AI Overview appears, as of December 2025 (PPC Land). Pew found users clicked a result on 8% of searches with an AI summary versus 15% without (Analyze AI).
What the research says works. The KDD 2024 paper "GEO: Generative Engine Optimization" from Princeton, Georgia Tech, the Allen Institute for AI and IIT Delhi found that adding citations, quotations and statistics can raise visibility in generative engine answers by up to 40%, and by up to 37% on Perplexity (arXiv 2311.09735).
What SML ships. Layer Five (free technical scan via Google PageSpeed/Lighthouse, with explicit unknowns), the AEO Suite ($49 or $149 per month), the AI Visibility Report ($79 one-time plus $29 per month), and the GEO Checklist ($19). This page is itself built to that method: definition first, dated numbers, named sources, tables and claim receipts.
Problem 8: AI tools need a standard way to reach live data
The gap. The official MCP Registry listed 52,042 servers when queried on 2026-10-28, and the MCP project reported Tier 1 SDK downloads approaching half a billion a month (eSEOspace). Agents need servers that return real data rather than guesses.
What SML ships. A canonical inventory of 20 MCP servers (sml-mcp-inventory.json), including Provider Trust, GhostKey (scoped browser actions), SqueezeOS, the x402 Gateway, Robinhood RWA Intelligence, ScriptDocs (live npm and PyPI package data), 402Proof, Gov Procurement Intel and Agent Wallet, plus a public Claude plugin marketplace on GitLab. SqueezeOS reported status: online, version 6.1-CORE, uptime 179,627 seconds (about 49.9 hours) at the 2026-11-07 reading.
Problem 9: Small teams cannot post natively to every platform
What SML ships. OmniPost turns one post into native posts per platform: fan-out $0.05 hosted or $0.01 with your own keys, media pack $0.01, publish $0.01, or OmniPost Pro at $29 USDC per 30 days. Its manifest reported LIVE with 6 routes on 2026-11-07.
Problem 10: Retail traders need structured market data an agent can call
The gap. Same-day-expiry (0DTE) options reached a record 66.2% of S&P 500 (SPX) options volume in July 2026, per Cboe (Cboe).
What SML ships. SqueezeOS (free to $5 per call), Regime Scan ($0.02 per ticker, $0.05 per board, with a free preview), the Perpetual Roadmap API ($0.05), SML GreenLight ($0.05 per route), PRO-LO (RLUSD on XRPL), Pine Script v6 indicators, and options field guides (0DTE, gamma exposure, options flow). SML states it sells tools and evidence, not trading signals or financial advice.
Problem 11: People need practical guides on AI agents, x402 and local visibility
What SML ships. The books page lists 107 Google Play listings (106 distinct titles) in 8 categories: Business & Economics 49, Computers 27, Reference 10, Self-Help 9, Fiction 5, Religion 4, Education 2, History 1. Titles include the x402 Protocol Guide, HTTP 402 Payment Required Explained, MCP Payments Guide, MCP Server Security Checklist, AI Agent Wallet Safety Checklist, Google Local AI Visibility Guide 2026 and a 10-title VA claims reference set.
Problem 12: Veterans and veteran-owned firms face complex federal systems
The gap. The VA processed 3.1 million disability claims in fiscal 2026 and awarded more than $207 billion in compensation and pension benefits (Stars and Stripes). Federal agencies awarded 5.01% of prime contract dollars to SDVOSBs in FY2025 against a 5% goal (CRS IN12018), about $32.5 billion (SBA scorecard via MCEDC).
What SML ships. va-ratings.org, a free veteran resource site founded by Timothy Walton with 7 tools: Condition Translator, Secondary Conditions, Personal Statement, C&P Exam Prep, Evidence Checklist, Rating Calculator and Denial Analyzer. The site says it is not legal advice and points complex cases to a Veterans Service Organization. For veteran-owned firms: the SAM.gov Registration Checklist and SDVOSB Certification Guide ($29 each) and the Gov Procurement Intel MCP (runs locally with npx; SAM tools need the caller's own SAM API key).

What this means for SML's approach: llms.txt alone is rarely read (Ahrefs), so SML publishes the same facts four ways: llms.txt, /.well-known JSON manifests, MCP servers that agents can query, and HTML pages with schema.org markup like this one.
7. What SML does not solve yet
- No external seller had settled through OMNIGATE as of the 2026-11-04 facilitator page; its published settlement proof is SELF-PROOF.
- 402Proof's XRPL merchant fee is accrued but not collected (
merchant_fee_collection_live: false). - Two SML x402 services (SML Quant Terminal, Candle Signal Pro) returned HTTP 503 at the 2026-11-07 reading.
- The MCP inventory's last runtime audit is from 2026-10-09/10; 5 of 20 entries were down then.
- GatePay was listed as paused on 2026-11-05, and several catalog products are paused.
- SML's homepage cites 94 Google Play titles while the books page lists 107 listings; the books page is the newer, itemized count.
- Most SML figures are first-party. The Google rating (5.0) rests on 6 reviews.

9. Frequently asked questions
What is ScriptMasterLabs?
ScriptMasterLabs is the brand of Script Master Labs LLC, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business in Kinston, North Carolina (UEI G24VZA4RLMK3, CAGE 21U51). It builds x402 pay-per-call APIs, MCP servers and x402 facilitators for AI agents, plus field guides, trading tools and the free veteran site va-ratings.org.
How much do ScriptMasterLabs APIs cost?
Machine calls start at $0.001 USDC per accepted call (URL-to-Markdown, Provider Trust, FX Convert) and run to $0.25 for a Verdict Protocol decision, paid per call in USDC on Base through x402. The live 402 challenge of each endpoint sets the binding price. Failed calls are not charged.
How does an AI agent start using ScriptMasterLabs?
Point an MCP client at https://mcp-x402.onrender.com/mcp (no auth) or call any paid endpoint over HTTP. The endpoint returns HTTP 402 with the price; the agent's wallet decides whether to sign a USDC payment and retry. No account or API key is needed.
Which blockchains do ScriptMasterLabs facilitators support?
OMNIGATE settles USDC on Base (eip155:8453) and Arc (eip155:5042). 402Proof settles on XRPL, Xahau and Solana USDC. Both are x402 v2 exact facilitators.
What is the OMNIGATE facilitator fee?
A flat 0.005 USDC per settlement that the payer can attach as a second authorization. Standard fee-less payments are waived up to 500 per UTC day across all sellers and 100 per seller; the merchant always receives its full price.
Is ScriptMasterLabs settlement proof independent?
Not yet. The published facilitator proofs are SELF-PROOF canaries, where SML's own wallet pays SML's own recipient. They prove the rails settle end to end. SML labels them that way and states that no external seller had settled through OMNIGATE as of 2026-11-04.
How big is the x402 Directory?
51,115 unique x402 resources at 2026-11-07 02:09 UTC, aggregated from 7 live sources including Coinbase CDP, PayAI and Dexter, refreshed every 20 minutes to 6 hours depending on the source.
Does ScriptMasterLabs give trading or legal advice?
No. SML sells tools, data and evidence, not trading signals or financial advice, and va-ratings.org states it is not legal advice.
